If you find a lower advertised price by a major retailer, with the same brand and model number, let us know within 14 days after the date of your purchase. We then investigate your request and If approved, we will match the price and issue a refund to you.
This offer applies only to the advertised online price of identical items offered for sale by major retailers. For purposes of comparing prices, the price is the total advertised price of the item including shipping costs, but Price shall not include discounts from a “Loyalty” or “Membership” program such as Amazon Prime.
Price Match of AnySauna item shall not include sales tax or shipping cost, if any. The Price Match Guarantee only applies to purchases within the United States.
The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to: auction site prices, including eBay. The policy also does not apply to items that are out of stock/not available for immediate shipment. It doesn’t apply to items that are offered as open box or refurbished.
The Price Match Guarantee also does not apply to the retailer’s items which are offered below the MAP pricing.
How to Request
In order to request a price match send us a support request or get in touch through chat. We will then process your request and get back to you with a decision.
If we approve your request, we will send you an email and issue a refund to the credit card used to pay for the order. Please allow 2-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your account (depending on your bank).
