Love the shower but the instructions were a little confusing. We called them and they were very knowledgeable about how to assemble and install it so it made the installation easier. Now that its installed we love the steam shower!

This was a much more solid and durable shower than I had first imagined. Arrived on a wooden pallet that was well packaged. Took about 4 hours for assembly. Works very well. I’m thinking about adding a second one for our guest bath.
