We purchased the Thunder Bay spa. It’s perfect for us, my husband is 6’8″ and it fits him perfectly. He’s had a knee replacement and it has helped with his pain tremendously.I have had multiple shoulder surgeries and that was why I purchased this model. The jets are very powerful. It was delivered and the guys were very polite. The electrical was easy for our electrician to access. The Bluetooth speakers are loud enough for our neighbors to ask us to turn it down 🙂 We are very pleased and have recommended it to all of our friends and family.

Great customer service. The spa works great and have been using it about every day. After working in the cold all day it is a great recharge to hit the spa when I get home. One thing I’ll mention about the thunder bay I was worried the one station without a head rest would be uncomfortable. I was wrong I prefer it over the other station with the head rest. My favorite is the lounge though.
