We got our sauna a week ago and absolutely love it. It showed up less than 2 weeks after ordering and was simple for 2 people to set up. One of the heating panels was damaged when we unpacked and their customer service was phenomenal, the replacement was shipped out the next day and is already in our sauna.
The sauna does take time to heat up, but this works great for us as our kids sit in it while it is heating up. The unit gets plenty hot (infrared don’t need to be as hot as traditional saunas), and the Bluetooth and mood lights are a nice touch. Like most in-home saunas, it would be tight with 3 adults but is perfect for 2. I was planning on building our own sauna but could barely get the heaters for the price of this fully built one.

A very nice purchase. The only thing I would like is for to heat up faster but overall I think its nice and I enjoyed it a lot.
