We have only begun using it, but so far we love it! I’m 5’2″ and can lay down completely – so far my favorite way to use it. We have had four people in at one time, but everyone is sitting up and it is not as relaxing. The sound system is great and the heaters heat up nicely. We love it!

product was pretty easy to assemble and works great. One suggestion would be to label the 4 boxes so that a person knows which box has the assembly instructions and which box needs to be opened first for the beginning parts. Otherwise, it’s great
