Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it. However, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund or exchange. Please see below for more information on our return policy.


All returns must be postmarked within thirty (30) days of the delivery date (unless stated otherwise). All returned items must be in new and unused condition, within the original packaging. We may not be able to accept returns for a few items that we sell. Here is a list of the brands that we cannot accept returns for:

Return Process

To return an item, please send us a support request. You can also chat with our support agents. We will then get back to you with a request number and start to process your request as soon as possible. After receiving a confirmation, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the address that we tell you in the return process. In some cases we might send someone to collect the items.

To ensure that your package arrives to us safely and undamaged, please package the item(s) using original box. Be sure to include all products, accessories, parts and pieces in order to receive a refund.

We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment and sending it by a shipping carrier that offers tracking services, such as USPS Certified Mail, UPS or FedEx. Be sure to save the receipt for your records. We regret that we cannot issue any credit or refund for an item that is damaged, lost in shipping, or sent COD.

Faulty Item Returns

For defective or damaged products, please send us a support request to arrange a refund or exchange. You can also chat directly with one of our support agents or call them directly on our toll-free number.

Change of Mind Returns

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you will be responsible for return shipping charges. We also charge a 3% fee to cover payment processing fees and a 12% fee to cover restocking fees. In total, we will deduct 15% of your original payment and refund you the rest.


After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow 2-5 business days to process your return and issue your refund. We will always do our best to process your return and issue your refund as quickly as possible. We will notify you by email when your refund has been processed. Please note that your refund might take up to 7 business days to appear on your bank statement, depending on your bank.

Order Cancellation

All orders are automatically processed through our secure payment processor and sent for shipment as soon as they are placed. During this process we incur irreversible fees. Therefore, while we understand that orders might need to be changed sometimes, we are unable to do it free of charge after a certain point. We strictly adhere to the following cancellation policy:

If you cancel your order before it has been shipped, we will issue a full refund to you.

If you cancel your order after it has been shipped, please follow our Return Policies & Procedures. The cancellation will have to be treated as a return with all applicable fees.

Orders that are refused at delivery will be assessed of all applicable fees, including the return cost of shipping, 3% payment processing fee and 12% restocking fee.
